Background
Whitebridge Group is the culmination of many years of working in industry and experience of Corporate Performance Management for the founders, whether this is as the end user or in more recent years as the consulting partner.
Whitebridge Group founders Russell Facey and Rob Collier first worked together in 1995 spending 11 years working for the largest US Human Capital Management company rising through the ranks to sitting on the European board as Director of Sales and Director of Operations. Not only did they develop key hands on understanding of differing technical consulting supply models to the market and their value, but they were also faced with the inevitable challenges of management when it came to decision making based upon forecasting and reporting. Both felt acutely the pain and concern when faced with a lack of clarity and the complexity to often critical decisions and witnessed first hand from a client perspective the impact planning and reporting can have on an organisation when deployed. These first experiences of the value of how an organisation can benefit played a huge part in their decision to cross over and develop a consulting offering which targets this growing need.
Focusing over the last few years on a pure solution/services led approach to BI, Russell and Rob were able to develop their consulting practise to become one of the market leading IBM Cognos BI Partners in the UK working closely with IBM Cognos Professional Services and also over 85 companies in multiple sectors. This experience and understanding allowed them to build out key relationships within the IBM Cognos client and partner community as well as developing a pioneering associate model working with independent niche consultancies and consultants as well as niche consultancies in technology areas complimentary to BI.
This hugely successful model created the foundations to what today has evolved into Whitebridge Group.
