WB Associate Network
The WB Associate network has been crafted and built without the utilisation of any third party recruitment company. Its depth and coverage allows our clients to benefit from either a blended delivery model with our core consulting team, or a tactical support where the required consultant works directly under the management of the client on a project or permanent basis. On occasion we have found that the desire of the client and the consultant in our network is for permanent employment which is strength of the WB Associate model.

The WB Associate network works radically differently to traditional recruitment companies in that we have built strong relationships with consultants and we understand not only the technical dynamics of what the consultant does but also exactly where these skills fit into the CPM jigsaw. Part of the uniqueness of this model is WB never use third party recruitment companies as we prefer to build our network organically by referral where we meet personally, understand fully capability, desires and then track their availability against our clients demand. Taking a proactive approach we work to the availability of those in our network to match pipelined WB or customer owned demand.
The WB Network has become so successful that referrals form the back bone of how we meet and develop even more market penetration as the independent contract based consultant market is desperately looking for an alternative to working with traditional suppliers.
